H.pylori IgG ELISA Kit
Principle
The kit uses an indirect ELISA method to detect antibodies to Cag-A (type I) and Hsp-58 (type II) antigens of Helicobacter pylori (HP) in human serum or plasma. The microtiter reaction plate is coated with purified genetically engineered expression of the above antigens, which specifically bind to the antibodies in the serum to be tested, and after the addition of peroxidase-labeled anti-human IgG antibodies, the color is developed with TMB as the substrate, and the absorbance OD value is measured by an enzyme standardization instrument to determine the presence or absence of H. pylori-specific antibodies in serum or plasma.
