Hepatitis C virus IgG ELISA Kit
Principle
The kit uses an indirect method to detect hepatitis C virus antibody (HCV-IgG) in human serum or plasma samples, and the antigen used for encapsulation is genetically engineered antigen (including core antigen and non-structural antigen of HCV virus structural region). If the specimen contains anti-HCV antibody, the antibody will form an antigen-antibody complex with the antigen in the microtiter, and the enzyme conjugate will be added. The presence or absence of HCV antibodies in the sample is determined by the absorbance (A value) of the ELISA.
