Human Respiratory Syncytial virus IgM ELISA Kit
Principle
This kit uses the principle of capture method to detect human respiratory syncytial virus IgM antibodies (HRSV-IgM) in human serum or plasma samples, the microtiter wells are pre-encapsulated with mouse anti-human-IgM (μ-chain). Firstly, after adding the serum sample of the specimen to be tested, the IgM antibodies in the sample will be captured, and the unbound other components (including specific IgG antibodies) will be washed away. In the second step, an HRSV antigen enzyme marker is added and the HRSV-IgM in the captured IgM binds specifically to the horseradish peroxidase-labeled HRSV recombinant antigen, washing away the other unbound material, and finally developing color with TMB substrate. The presence or absence of human respiratory syncytial virus IgM antibodies in the samples was determined by measuring the absorbance (A-value) with an enzyme marker.
