M.Tuberculosis IgG ELISA Kit
Principle
The kit uses the principle of indirect method to detect Mycobacterium tuberculosis IgG antibody (TB-IgG). A genetically engineered Mycobacterium tuberculosis-specific 38KD+16KD antigen is used to coat the enzyme plate. The TB-IgG in the sample to be tested reacts with the encapsulated antigen and then combines with the enzyme-labeled mouse anti-human IgG antibody to form an antigen-antibody-enzyme assay. The color was developed by adding the substrate TMB, and then compared on an enzyme marker. The presence or absence of TB-IgG antibody was determined on the basis of A-value after colorimetric analysis.
